Edit: The team is back on board with their communications and promptly got back to me and gave me a rather verbose update on the status on the repair~ Lack of good coffee is somewhat of a medical emergency... as you can imagine.
A most noble service, rendered with skill, courtesy, and steadfast care. Professional in manner, reliable in deed, and fair in coin. Mine old and faithful Rocket, long a trusted companion in the brewing arts, hath been returned unto me as good as new — nay, perchance even finer than before! May this worthy house continue to serve the realm, and all who seek honest espresso, for many prosperous years to come.
Short notice repair needed for our Breville machine as the Breville agents were completely unhelpful. These guys were awesome! They took our deposit looked at the machine promptly reported back to us and it was fixed within the week. So happy thanks guys, we will be definitely recommending you.
