I have a 10+ year old single head, manual, benchtop espresso machine that desperately needed a service. Espresso breakdown fixed everything I knew was wrong, and a few things I didn't know about yet. Extremely thorough, all well explained, done in the timeframe they quoted and fairly priced. Very, very happy customer. Strongly recommend these guys. Nobody else wanted to know about it. The last business that serviced it (who I won't name, but are based in inner southern Brisbane....) was a complete shonk.
Friendly & Professional service. I you need your coffee machine serviced, this is the place to go.
Great knowledge and understanding of my particular machine, they got it running well without amy hassles.
Very friendly service!!! They kept me in the loop regarding the repairs to my machine and advice to maintain its ongoing function. I will be using Espresso Breakdown again in the future. Would highly recommend!
My experience wasn’t great. I felt they weren’t very helpful in breaking down the quote for me and providing a separate price for both the repair and service.
