Took my machine in for a repair as it did require additional parts + internal cleaning and received it within a month, which was faster than expected! Prompt communication and friendly service. Will definitely be back!
I have a 10+ year old single head, manual, benchtop espresso machine that desperately needed a service. Espresso breakdown fixed everything I knew was wrong, and a few things I didn't know about yet. Extremely thorough, all well explained, done in the timeframe they quoted and fairly priced. Very, very happy customer. Strongly recommend these guys. Nobody else wanted to know about it. Fabulous service and communication from the friendly team. Our Breville machine was fixed and back home before the time quoted by other service companies to even assess our machine. I can’t recommend Espresso Breakdown highly enough!
