Very friendly service!!! They kept me in the loop regarding the repairs to my machine and advice to maintain its ongoing function. I will be using Espresso Breakdown again in the future. Would highly recommend!
My experience wasn’t great. I felt they weren’t very helpful in breaking down the quote for me and providing a separate price for both the repair and service.
I cannot recommend the team at Espresso Breakdown highly enough. From the first enquiry, to onsite visit, to my much-loved machine being taken in to the workshop for servicing and repair, the whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Polite, professional, reasonably priced. Having dealt with a number of other espresso servicing businesses in Brisbane the Espresso Breakdown team are clearly the best. Espresso Breakdown, because you know your machine deserves them.
Highly recommend Espresso Breakdown to any cafe owner!! We have been using them for years and honestly I am still blown away with their outstanding customer service! They are always so quick to assist us and go way beyond expectations!
