Very reckless dangerous driver. He attempted to turn left off Arizona Ave onto South Peru Street in the town of Plattsburgh NY. I was waiting to turn left, with a wide turn section yet he barreled his ARGUS18 wheeler truck as he turned left. Without my horn he would have sliced my vehicle in half. After I blared the horn and backed up he proceeded when there still clearly wasn't enough room, had to blare the horn again.
