Rich is great, I still owe him and his nephew coffee and donuts for helping me reset my passwords and IP address via my dvr at no charge. Rich went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I was reminded to leave this review via my bill payment reminder. Nothing but class and professionalism with this company, everything was installed neatly and organized, as well as in a super timely manner. 5 out of 5.
Rick and Dan were absolutely fantastic. We needed a bunch of work done in a very old house: ceiling fans, rewiring of switches throughout the house, replacement of broken light fixtures, and re-arrangements of thermostats. The two of them managed to get all of this work completed in only a couple of hours; they were extremely efficient and wonderful to have.
