Connor was such a good salesman he was a very comforting guy he gave me the best deal I could get aswell as Matt was such a good salesman he gave me tips on how to workout and hooked me up with best trainer ever I hope these gentleman get a promotion. They deserve everything I have and I love them so much for all they have done for me and my family❤️❤️
We had 12 Personal Training session at Esporta Fitness and we cancel the contract and no one told us we would loose our session once the PT contract is cancelled. Whenever i call, the manager Phoenix he keeps saying the VIP is taking a look at it and will get back to you and its been a month, no news from them. It doesnt take more than a month to return my PT session which i paid. Hence i would rate it the worst for Personal Training session return session
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE. They told me to come and try the gym for a day but when I got there they said I couldn't try the gym. They are liars and they waste your time by telling you lies
Worst staff
I've been coming to this gym for more than 5 years. Now I hear it's closing. I've tried the other locations. I keep coming to this one because it caters to my age group.. the manager is 5 star.she is one of the best investments in this location
Front desk employees are clueless and most of the time try to avoid looking at you. There is a nice young man who did help us and kudos to him! I watched while two large men who had just worked out dripping in sweat (never showered off) jump in the hot tub flip flops and all. GROSS! Not one employee monitors the pool area . We reported the sweaty men jumping in the hot tub and all the two front desk employees did was snicker. The equipment is not wiped down properly after closing. They dubiously debited my card twice after I gave them a written notice from a physician according to their requirements. Beware!!! It happened to me and can happen to anyone.
ESPORTA fitness will debit your card even if you cancel the membership for one on one personal training. They are heartless and have no respect for your health whatsoever.
Equipment breaks and is not repaired. Carpet is torn and not replaced. Trash is on the floor for over a week. Gym is going down quickly
