I subscribed for a training class for $49 a month. I was attending this class for 3 months. I've been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. I have asked to be suspended from this class so the $49 would not be taken out of my account. I have sent them a copy of my biopsy results stating I have lymphoma. And that isn't good enough. They are requesting a doctor's note stating that I cannot use the facilities due to lymphoma. I've started this process a week ago. I was a Club studio member until today. I came LITERALLY 2 min late to a class and I was refused to go to my class so they can charge me the $10 no show up fee. I've been going to this class 87 times within the past 7 months and in EVERY single class they let people in when they are late.
