Bad service. Denied with a guest pass. Then told need to put my credit card on file if I want the 3 day trial and after the 3 days I’ll get charged, unless I come IN PERSON to cancel it. Very misleading because the app or website do not tell you that. Staff was unnecessarily difficult. Good job pushing potential new members away. Read the other 1 star reviews about staff, very accurate! Specially difficult was the Reddit mod looking guy at the front, acting like security at the Pentagon.
