From the moment I walked into Genesis Health Club, I had a fantastic experience. Gretchen and Max gave me such a warm, professional welcome during my initial visit. They took the time to show me around the facility, explain the layout, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed. Their friendly, attentive approach really stood out. I’m traveling from Chicago and needed a good place to workout. Although this location is no longer associated with lafitness (Esporta), it’s a powerful plus. (Many of you know what I’m talking about.) From the second we walked in. This location was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. If we end up moving down, this will certainly become our preferred location. Thank you for showing that great customer service is not lost, but magnified in the world of fitness and overall health, Potential new member.
It's ok and the staff is nice but I absolutely HATED how apparently you have to have an interview/get to know you, your weight, your medical history, etc & let me try to upsale you on everything we have here. It's a bit much. We canceled and are looking to start up again. We'll be going someplace different this time as I'd rather not go through that again.
