Absolutely terrible experience. I went in hoping to try out the facility with a free 3-day pass—something they literally advertise as a way to see if the gym is a good fit before committing. Instead, I was told I couldn’t use the pass unless I scheduled a meeting with a manager two weeks out. Until then, I wouldn’t even be allowed inside.
