Brandon tried to take out 4 months membership fee and then tell me that I wasn’t able to qualify for the membership without refunding my money, be careful when you’re looking for a new gym membership because this place is run very unprofessionally and operates with very bad ethics. After being offered a free 3 day pass I went in to inquire about a full-time membership and a guy by the name of Brendan booked an appointment with me however once I arrived at the appointment everything that we had discussed changed and it was clear that there is a unethical scam being committed by Brandon and his team. I went in today to purchase a membership and the gentleman who was dealing with me, was named Brandon, who was of course a salesman, He seemed uninformed, but nice enough. I’ve been a regular member and daily sauna user at this gym, but the sauna has been out of service for over a month with no visible progress toward repairs. I’ve spoken with several managers and have repeatedly been told it would be fixed soon, yet nothing has changed. The sauna is one of the amenities many members pay for and rely on as part of their fitness and recovery routine.
