This gym needs to fix their AC immediately. It's always either hot or humid or both. Use some membership money on AC for the love of god.

I was called about a $29.99 membership promotion but ended up being charged $60. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told to come back another day so the employee who signed me up could authorize the cancellation. I was later told it was handled, yet they still attempted to charge me. When I called again for help, the Operations Manager Katherine was very rude and said I was “going in circles” instead of addressing the issue.
