Horrible management and sneaky team members. They provide you incorrect information in regard to memberships and charge you more than what you agree too afterwards. General manager takes zero accountability for their staffs short coming and has a horrible attitude.
I've been a member here for three years with no problems, but just recently I found out that the General Manager here named Brandon is a liar and a coward, this guy will do anything to get money out of you, he and his team are extremely insensitive and they would not even listen to my complaints and then began swearing at me to "handle it myself" when I asked to close my membership. Been going to LA Fitness for a bit now and it’s been a pretty solid experience overall. The gym has a good variety of equipment, so I never really have to wait too long, and everything is usually in decent condition. Staff have been friendly when I’ve needed help, and the place stays pretty clean. Only downside is it can get crowded during peak hours, but that’s expected. Still a good spot to get a workout in.
