Good gym and amenities, staff is also very nice, could be cleaner at times but nothing can always be perfect.
Visiting from Colorado for an extended stay with family and was able to use my Medicare plan to join the gym! The mgt staff and their team was terrific. They helped me thru the whole signup process and made it seamless for me. They have also reached out to me to see if there was anything else I needed. I really appreciate the customer service. This location has truly impressed me. MIA is almost always at the front desk with a genuine smile, greeting me by name before I even scan in and I’m still fairly new. That kind of personal touch really stands out. Sam and Jacob on the cleaning team deserve a lot of credit. They work incredibly hard, and it shows. The gym is consistently spotless, and the bathrooms and locker rooms are clean and fresh every time I’m there. I’ve been a member at this facility for many years. And over those years the cleanliness at times has fluctuated. The current staff of custodians Jacob and Sam that open Monday through Friday. Are absolutely amazing!! They are kind and friendly. They are always working tirelessly to insure the gym is clean.
