This was a trip of a lifetime. The accommodations were elegant and comfortable, we spent just enough time in each location and the guides that were provided were knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful.
I can't think of another "experience" agency that follows up after the trip to verify a customer experience. Yes, sellers on some commerce sites are motivated to do so for sales, but this was something different - something special. Traveling with three generations of family, the joy and stress taken out of in-country transfers was well worth it!
