My wife and I were traveling to New Zealand for our first time and, based on the recommendation from our safari outfitter, we used Esplanade Travel to make all our travel arrangement. We had limited time for touring but we wanted to see a lot and do several excursions on the South Island. Morocco was an exciting adventure. Christine personalized every aspect of the experience and put time into preparing us for the places and people. A beautiful country with warm , welcoming people. We always felt safe and reassured we could contact Christine with any questions or problems while away. She is extremely knowledgeable and give 100% to her clients. Every detail of our trip went perfect, from the airport pick-up at the beginning, to the drop off at the end. Flights and layovers were timed just right. Hotels were just right. We booked our New Zealand trip with Esplanade Travel and the plan they put together for us worked out perfectly. Their attention to detail and the communication we received was top notch. They worked out our flights so they were as easy as possible considering the distances involved. Their "meet and greets" made our passage through the airports simple. I’ve flown many places around the world and have done it both booking by myself and booking with flight agents. While most times using a flight agent can often times be more difficult not these guys. My experience was nothing but a pleasure and effortless they also got us an amazing deal on our flights that I couldn’t find anywhere else
