Always helpful and reassuring when I need to be seen by some wonderful GP’s, Nurse Practitioners and practice Nurses. Reception staff are all exceptional and nothing seems to much trouble for them always helpful and pleasant. Never any issues when I need repeat prescriptions, communication between the surgery and myself whether that is by phone call or text is always promptly responded too. Surgery staff are all so friendly and a credit to the Esplanade.
E-Consult service didn’t have what I was looking for & was told to phone the surgery directly. I wait on line for about 15 minutes just to be told that I need to go back into the E-Consult service & handle it there. I don’t know who the receptionist was but she was extremely blunt & rude & gave no form of care to patients.
Myself & family have been with the Esplanade Surgery for many years and always received a great service - caring, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I’m grateful to receive prompt and courteous service despite the pressures on NHS resources The doctors and nurses explain things to me clearly and sympathetically and are persistent in referring to St Mary’s and others when needed.
Nothing but great care at Esplanade Surgery. Any delays in attention were due to system backlogs. And any urgent issues were immediately addressed, even if only by e-consult (very satisfactorily) . No Dr or nurse has ever given the impression of being rushed, and in fact gave more time than I might have expected. Office staff is under pressure (as is everyone) but has always addressed and resolved issues as best they could. We are 86&76 so have plenty of health issues but will stay with Esplanade for the duration. Thank you ... read more
