I’m grateful to receive prompt and courteous service despite the pressures on NHS resources The doctors and nurses explain things to me clearly and sympathetically and are persistent in referring to St Mary’s and others when needed.
Nothing but great care at Esplanade Surgery. Any delays in attention were due to system backlogs. And any urgent issues were immediately addressed, even if only by e-consult (very satisfactorily) . No Dr or nurse has ever given the impression of being rushed, and in fact gave more time than I might have expected. Office staff is under pressure (as is everyone) but has always addressed and resolved issues as best they could. We are 86&76 so have plenty of health issues but will stay with Esplanade for the duration. Thank you ... read more
I have had excellent care from the doctors and other staff at the Esplanade Surgery, Ryde.
Kind and caring practice, very knowledgeable and helpful staff.
I find most of the reception staff very helpful and the medical team first rate. However, you do have to be clear to supply all of your symptoms.
