Very clean, and updated building. From ex director, reception, to nursing assts, everyone was extremely helpful staff.
The staff is so amazing! Everyone takes such an intrest in the residents. My dad is so happy which makes me happy.
Excellent staffing always willing and able to help at all times clean environment
Lots of staff are nice. Most patients seem mentally unstable. I saw a few concerning interactions quite a few times now. I think there are a few nurses / staff who seem like they abuse the patients. Some neglect, some yelling and power tripping nurses, and some harsh language used by rude and annoyed staff. Being mean to a helpless old person is another kind of evil
