RUN RUN AWAY. The buildings are in disrepair, management is corrupt and don't actually know how to run any thing and it shows. You will not get a parking spot for at least 5 years- that's because several are taking by contractors, people who don't even have leases here, etc. That's how bad the management is... there are currently 80 Vacant apartments but a 5 year waitlist ... literally because no one knows how to do anything.
