The stores are closed and very convenient
Corrupt management, board members and lazy and unskilled maintenance crew. No consistency with water, garbage shoot down for over a year, we had to pay to get the pool fixed/upgraded for it to never be opened in the 5 years I’ve been here bc maintenance doesn’t want to actually do work. Rats in the garbage room in the laundry. It’s run by people who don’t care bc they’ve already figured out how to steal the money. Dog poop everywhere for days. Attempted car theft while parked in my OWN spot.
-Half the elevators don't work -Water temperature fluctuates - Overpriced laundry machines so you might as well go to an outdoor laundromat - Holes in ceilings, garbage compartment hasn’t worked in months And the issues keep piling up, not to mention they are adding more and more fees for a rundown building. “The Jewel of Harlem” give me a break…
