The building management here is extremely poor. One of the biggest issues is the parking situation. Non-residents constantly sneak in and take parking spots by waiting outside the gate and rushing in as soon as a car leaves. Many times, I’ve come home to find my assigned spot occupied by strangers. Imagine paying for parking but having nowhere to park — forced to either leave your car on the street or take someone else’s spot, which only creates more conflict. One of the residents in this building has installed a flashing LED strip that constantly changes colors at a rapid pace. It’s extremely disruptive, especially in the evening, and can be seen clearly from across the street. I tried to signal them with a laser pointer to let them know it was disturbing, but they left it on without concern. Ouf, they built such low quality to match the neighborhood, literally the only positive thing to say is there's a nice view of the bridge. These developments serve nothing but to provide shoeboxes to people who are desperate to live somewhere - shame on developers who are just in it for $$$
