Update: None of the owner's claims are accurate. Before signing the lease, we explicitly asked whether any construction was planned, and the manager assured us there would be none for at least two years. Instead, major construction began just 3–4 months after we moved in. Regarding security, nothing meaningful has been done. It is still common to see homeless individuals wandering through the building, despite repeated concerns from residents. The building's cleanliness is also unacceptable—see the attached photos. You should stay away from this building if peace is important to you. First of all, they have recently come and started a construction that will take years. They start from six in the morning until six in the evening, they even work on weekends, and it is extremely noisy and we cannot sleep, and they have completely taken away our peace from us. Je suis allé voir la place... et j'ai rapidement quitté après une vingtaine de minute. Odeur nauséabonde dans les corridors, déchets dans les escaliers incluant un itinérant qui y dormait, aucune surveillance par caméras et aucune sécurité, etc. Pas pour moi !
