Home started December 2021, still waiting to move in, it is not finished. Excuses, excuses, excuses. And they have started another section of Highland Ranch in Clermont, they haven’t finished the Esplanade section. Supposed to close October 2022, went to view the house, they are nowhere close to closing. Still haven’t heard from office that we are not closing. Poor communication and building. Very disappointed in such a large builder. Used to own a Taylor Morrison home, loved it, now I would not recommend building with them.... read more
This is where we will call home. It is beautiful, very tropical and definitely has the luxury feel we wanted. We can't wait to start the next chapter of our lives at Esplanade! So anxious to get our home completed. Taylor Morrison builds beautiful homes.
