Amazing place to live with incredible neighbors and great amenities!
My wife and I purchased here recently and sure you may have a small punch list of things that need attention from Taylor Morrison. Over all the employees are very hard working and want to please all residents. Plus the savings $$ moving here from Esplanade Lake WoodRanch is a big advantage. We like access to Tampa, St Petersburg, Sarasota and all the beaches near by. The location is perfect for us currently. Aka: Happy Gilmore.
Beautiful clubhouse, gym, pool area with cabanas, sport courts, pool table, library, salon! Well maintained grounds, wonderful place.
Over a year since moving in, we are still waiting to get major warranty issues addressed. TM has yet to fix our front door or our rear sliding glass doors. Just 2 of 22 issues on our warranty list.
