This place sucks. I have never had a good meal and I've tried a lot of things here over the years. And there are about 10 employees crammed behind the counter yet nobody hardly talks to you or works. And then they request a tip. I've never been asked for a tip at a fast food restaurant. Latest purchase was solely a grilled chicken sandwich for $13 (not including tip) and it was dry and I didn't even finish it. I miss Burger Inn, the restaurant that this place used to be.

I usually rave about places, but this place let me down first off sign out front tells you the burrito is the daddy of em all, wrong, it was awful full of flavorless mushy hashbrowns, little to no egg, little to no cheese like 1 piece of bacon throughout the whole burrito,but they sure added Jalapeños no description on the order board they are in it, adding a spicy pepper doesnt make up for lack of flavor or salt and pepper for that matter, no salsa, no sour cream, this was dry hashbrowns in a tortilla with Jalapeños i was v... read more

8am is a little too early to be freaking out on someone in the drive thru. It's no rocket science to explain to a new customer some items are only available as dine-in. Terrible customer service. First time customer and I will not be returning. Based on other reviews I'm glad I decided to leave from the terrible customer service and not waste money on their food as well.

Espi’s in Cheyenne serves honest food without making a fuss about it. The burritos are big, hot, and filled the way a burrito ought to be. The burgers are thick, satisfying, and cooked well. You come hungry. You eat. You leave full. That is enough, and Espi’s does it well.
