I needed to come back for a second infusion but the earliest i could come was 2:00 pm. They said fine. I get there and there's a line to check in. We waited 2 and a half hours. Nobody was left in the waiting except me. It was my turn next. Someone came from the lab, one of the 2 phlebotomists who draw the blood work, came and took us back to the infusion room. Update: 12/19/2024 Still the most mismanaged office of any physician I ever seen. Think he is just a insurance money grabber. Stay away!!! Theres better Nephrologists who manage their buisness better. Last time. Does not run office efficiently. Over 2 hours and not seen doctor and over hour in exam room for a 86 year old woman is ridiculous. He over books and that tells me he just in it for the money. Any physician that cared would not put his patients through that.
Dr. Espiritu has been my husbands doctor for many years. My husbands kidneys have failed three times due to other medical issues. Dr. Espiritu has worked to help restore his kidney functions all three times. My husband has been blessed to have Dr. Espiritu to treat him. Dr. Espiritu told him years ago that he will work hard to not have him on dialysis and he has kept his word. Terry's kidneys have restored each time with treat other than dialysis. Great Dr. He truly cares about his patients. He drs the whole body. Doesn’t just take your money and throw a bunch of pills at you. Great, Great Dr and person.
