i was attended by edgar and he was a great attendent and great service as well and great attitude and i was finished off with the application with senovia and she was awsome great attitude and awsome service as well i cam in for tires and left with rims as well they have great deals and awsome pricing and they can work with you ill defenetly be coming back and recommend you come to this place as well and check it out many great selections of rims and tires
Got a lift & tires 6mths ago, noticed inner front tires were going bald , called Espino shop, vehicle going on 4 days and communication with me was horrible. They installed two front tires without asking and expected me to pay and stated they had called me when I called for the past for 4 days to follow up and was getting the run around. I asked to pick up my vehicle and was told I needed to hold another day because there busy and needed time to take tires off. Argue about not being able to pick up my own vehicle. I do not recommend this business to anyone. This place is bad news , bad service and a rip off . They did not disclose to us that he was signing a rent to own tire contract . We did the math and it would cost over 5k for 6 every day tires. After calling the creditor I was told there was no way out of the agreement. My credit is going to take a big hit but I will not pay over 5,000.00 for 6 tires that cost $2,0000.
I trusted this place with a wheel alignment. I never saw them do it. I had purchased k2 tires for discount tires for 1300. 3 months later my front tires was wasted thru the inside. Now I have to pay 600 for 2 tires. If you need an alignment do not go here.
Im a disabled Marine Veteran and went into the place feeling confident that I would get a good deal. I was completely wrong. They will tell you exactly what you want to hear. Tell you one price then charge another with all their hidden, fees and charges. They sell cheap over priced product and act like they are giving you a deal. Then when you question them they act like you should be a tire expert and should of known before. Hector and Isaac are some if the worst dishonest people that I have ever met.
