A TOTAL SCAM. Stay away, run away and do not hire. I regret to inform you all that this contractor we hired has departed with our funds and left out house and apartment in such disrepair damager state that I am unable to rent it out or secure a new contractor to do my work. This contractor unlawfully appropriated my $4500 deposit, asking for more money in when just a little work was done and ceased showing up at the site after just three days on site.
