Reception staff is terrible and spiteful. They kept ignoring my call when they saw my number & I had to call on my work phone (different phone number) for them to answer. I left a message for the dentist/owner to call me back over a week ago and I haven’t heard back from anyone . I will no longer be returning here

Dentist is really nice and gentle but the office staff is very unorganized and unprofessional. They say they call to remind you of your appt but don't. Why make me come in for a procedure and not know if my insurance covers it.
