We were offended by your lack of participation in the Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance program, after you treated me in the SGMC ER for an emergency rotator cuff tear in my shoulder in July 2015. I was at "stop loss" with Blue Cross and owed them no money for the rest of the year. Throughout the year we received a bill for more than $500 from Beaked Salmon of Philadelphia.
