I was a walk-in . The female who was seated where clients would sit got up and asked what I needed. I said a will. She told me all attorneys are busy. I said fine can I make an appointment . She said I have to call in. They don't do business with people that just walk in. I wonder if it's because I wasn't wearing a suit or not dressed in business casual. I won't be calling them anytime soon. Very poor first impression.

I wish I could do a zero. Sloppy, unorganized and rude. Dealing with a loss is hard enough, but getting straight answers on the next steps is like pulling teeth. The amount of work that has had to be missed due to this firm should be taken off the bill. Do not do your next will and estate with this firm, it will only cause headaches and struggles for your loved ones.

Ross spent 5 minutes with me on the phone today, just giving some simple advice to a woman he doesn’t even know. And his advice ended up saving me $700…and kept my credit score from being dinged. I cant believe how kind and professional he was. I can’t thank him enough!
