My partner was travelling from Perth to Sydney and had a crack in his windshield - the service he got from Eric and his team was excellent and they had him back on the road in no time. Some of the best customer service he said he’s had in a while; cannot recommend Eric enough.
The car window broke while I was driving from Perth to Melbourne. They took care of ordering a new window for my Volkswagen Tiguan, and thanks to their help I was able to reach Melbourne without any issues. Sending them a big hug
I recently had the pleasure of using Esperance Windscreen. I am making my way back to SA from WA via Esperance and had a small crack in my windscreen from a stone kicked up by a truck. They were able to repair the windscreen the next day and I couldn't be happier with their efficient and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them. A very grateful customer who can now cross the Nullarbor without worrying the crack would get bigger.

My daughter was in Esperance for 6 days and on day 0ne returned to her car parked at Lucky Bay to find the rear window of her RAV4 mysteriously smashed. On Monday morning a claim was lodged with the insurance company who directed her to use a well known Auto glass repairer. To our dismay my daughter was told that they could not guarantee the repair by Friday given she was leaving on Saturday.
