I had a small 2mm chip on my windscreen on the way to esperance I went to this place the lady in the reception said just wait for 30min they will fixed it.After 5min she said there is a 10% chance it can go wrong unfortunately it happened. I went to the workshop i couldn't believe my windscreen got a big hairline crack. As everyone says, this is service at its best. Eric was so professional and handled our windscreen replacement as quickly as he could- it had to be sent from Perth- and then drove us back into town and collected us. It looks great, no debris in the car- overall 10 out of 10- thanks Eric 👏👏👏
Service was incredible. The window required was ordered overnight from Perth. Eric did a great job of fitting it. The fitting took 2 hours, but he ran us into Esperance.so we didn't waste the morning. Great service.
My daughter was in Esperance for 6 days and on day 0ne returned to her car parked at Lucky Bay to find the rear window of her RAV4 mysteriously smashed. On Monday morning a claim was lodged with the insurance company who directed her to use a well known Auto glass repairer. To our dismay my daughter was told that they could not guarantee the repair by Friday given she was leaving on Saturday.
