Customer service in the parts department needs a kick up the ass. Sorry to be so inconsiderate to come to your shop and want to buy parts.
We travelled from Perth and found out there’s oil leak since we arrived here. We brought the car to Toyota Esperance next morning and they said they were fully booked but can quickly have a look what’s going on. Then Dave came to have a look and said “it’s an easy fix, give me 5” then he fixed the problem in less than 5mins and they didn’t even charge for this. We arrived in Esperance on Monday the 4th November, the day before we had a fuel filter maintenance alert come on, 200 ks into to our SA trip. We had the car serviced the Monday prior at Bunbury Toyota ,in saying that, fuel filter replacement was not in the schedule. The people at Esperance Toyota where very helpful and got us out of an uncomfortable feeling. Just had a service completed on my 2020 Landcruiser back at home on the east coast the service guy told me the oil sump plug was finger tightened and unscrewed in 1.5 turns and was leaking oil. When you pay a premium to go to a Toyota service you should expect something so basic and integral isn't overlooked. Extremely poor.
