We are full time travelling we sold our house and brought a 36 foot bus, as we approached Esperance our 4kva generator wasn’t doing what it was mentioned to! So we called the team, they took time out of their busy day to trouble shoot the issue over the phone for nearly 20min what customer service!! We couldn’t sort it over the phone so we organised to drop it off on our way into town thankfully we were booked into a caravan park for that night. Friendly and fixed our generator in a timely fashion. Good value and service. Highly recommend, we l I very full-time on the road and they were very accommodating to our needs.
