Best in town! My car was in limp mode after some DPF issues. I popped in in the morning and they said they would be able to look at it the same day. Couple hours after dropping it off she was all fixed! The receptionist even gave my son some stickers which he was stoked with. 5 stars!!
Took a car here to get a roadworthy inspection, as it's the only authorised inspection auto mechanic in Esperance (odd as Esperance is a large town). The receptionist seemed beleaguered by my question "do you offer inspections." She gave me the impression that she was doing me a favour by allowing me to book one in. She asked me a number of questions that I didn't understand and when I said "I don't understand," she gave an audible humph. This attitude continued when I arrived for the inspection. As I am travelling around Australia I was asked to go into Esperance Mitsubishi by another Mitsubishi dealership who were trying to help us with a repair they had done but needed rectifying. The first dealership were fantastic and this was a genuine error which they were trying to fix it. We had been going back and forward on email since the repair & understandably they wanted confirmation that the part was broken.
