I ordered a wreath that was needed the same week as St Valentines for a funeral. Because I was from NSW it was a little stressful ordering from a vast distance. Shan, the florist , was an expert and highly skillful arranging the flowers at our request perfectly. Shan also kindly transcribed our condolences onto a larger card and two smaller ones. All our family members loved the arrangement.

Bouquets pictured on their website are completely different from what is supplied. Not 'changed slightly' as per their terms and conditions but completely different flowers and bouquet size. The owner advised that staff put together the bouquet based on theme and budget. Expect a cheaper 'florist choice' when ordering and you won't be as disappointed as I am. The owner did offer an exchange but I am not asking someone to give back a gift. The flowers supplied were fine but nothing like what I ordered.
