We booked six months ahead and this is the view we were given when we arrived today (a glimpse of water above an ugly courtyard). To say we are dissatisfied is to be kind. There’s no dishwasher! Like who in the 21st century comes on holidays expecting to play dish pig? The kitchen is curiously equipped with excellent Cuisiinart pans but almost useless Ikea knives. There’s no measuring cups. We stayed 5 nights in a 2 storey 1bedroom apartment this month. Apartment was clean and comfortable with good quality bed. Only had a partial view of the water from our balcony. Apartments are in a great location on the esplanade. Unfortunately our apartment was very dated, crockery + cutlery was cheap and basic. Apartment was nothing like the photos on their website. We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment and the expectation was to have a water front apartment. This really wasn’t water facing, just got a glimpse of it but the apartment was still absolutely worth it.
