Very nice
Superb location. Apartments are clean.
We stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment and the expectation was to have a water front apartment. This really wasn’t water facing, just got a glimpse of it but the apartment was still absolutely worth it.
Very well appointed and comfortable apartments run like an Airbnb with no onsite presence. The drawback is that the Esplanade is a busy road with a lot of through traffic from 7am to 7pm and the floor to ceiling nature of the glazing also means that anyone walking past looks straight into the apartment. So if you are looking for a bit of peace and quiet or privacy during the day, probably best not to go for something with an ocean view.
Superb spot, good value and beautifully kept apt. A bit of a view of the ocean and islands from the upstairs open plan living area with a nice little balcony with BBQ at the back. Big spa bath downstairs and a nice bedroom with access to a small lawn. WiFi was also excellent
