Steve at “emergency desk” slowest desk worker i have ever met, absolutely no sense of urgency
Good rural hospital with a range of services including obs and gynae, some surgical coverage and a good functional Emergency Department that can deal with a multiplicity of health conditions. The limitations of course are related to the speciality coverage and the lack of higher levels of care, which are totally to be expected of a hospital of this size and its location. The staff are extremely helpful, very skilled and overall a delight to interact with. GP led model of service with the community.
Visited emergency this afternoon All staff were so friendly and polite helpful and professional the ladies at the front desks the Dr was so kind and cared to help the X-ray ladies and gentlemen were so friendly and professional much appreciated
Presented at Esperance Hospital with a referral for a X-ray on my shoulder, I’m the only one in there from WA only to be told that they didn’t know that surgeons name so they could not do it I’m at at a loss how i can be turned away!! I’m Travelling and due to have my surgery soon!! Can somebody tell me what is going wrong?? Bureaucracy gone mad or in the to hard basket!!!🥴
