Thanks to Darryl and Joel at Esperance Ford. I had my F150 go into limp mode while towing mode on the way down from Norseman. I called Darryl and told me to bring it straight in, got Joel to come out and scan it and determine what was wrong with it. He was very good explaining the issue and what we can do to resolve it. Good..no great service from Darryl and Joel. If your in or around Esperance I would recommend them highly to get your Ford or Toyota serviced Thanks guys
If you’re looking to purchase a car and have nothing further to do with this dealership, go ahead and buy here. The minute you buy a car and leave the forecourt that’s the end of any positives. Reported a fault with my car over 9 weeks ago, have rang multiple times to see if Ford had come back with a solution to be told, warranty lady will call you back, still to this day I’m waiting for that call, even after being promised numerous times it will happen and multiple chase up calls.
The service manager Janelle, is excellent. She provided professional advice and support with our warranty issue and the scheduled service. A loan car was provided on short notice. Thanks Janelle 😃 Highly recommended.
Don’t go to Ford Esperance if you have a potential warranty issue. They did a diagnosis. Said nothing was wrong and charged $192.50 for 1 hour diagnostic work. Can’t imagine how it took an hour to check steering and would love to be a mechanic earning $400,000 per annum based on an hourly charge of $192.50. The car still makes the clunking noise 1 month after a warranty issue that was supposedly fixed. They are rip off merchants.
Cannot speak too highly of the staff there. Car booked in for service and a few other issues. They serviced the ute, looked at the other issues cleared the problems and prepared a comprehensive report on what they found. Found the staff extremely helpful. Thanks again to the staff.
