Terrible customer service. Took car in for full service. Wasn't offered a lift into town or when rang to pickup .
Amazing! Such amazing people who went above and beyond. We booked in for a car service as we are travelling, Rachael was amazing and really helpful. Had an issue leading up to the service and some time was added at our request to diagnose. When Joel and his team found a major issue, parts were ordered and with Kamarine’s help they rearranged their schedule to have the parts delivered fitted and tests and us on our way on our dream lap like nothing ever happened. Cannot recommend this dealership enough for all your car needs!
Excellent service and then some. We had broken down and got brought into their dealership with no notice. They squeezed us in, fixed our vehicle had us back on our travels. The team were very friendly and professional, provided a loan vehicle and coordinated other repairs with ARB. I would buy a vehicle from these guys just based on the after sales support, my dealer back home doesn’t get close. Thanks guys.
Excellent service. Travelling from QLD when our car had a problem along the way. Managed to fit my Ford Ranger in at last minute, fixed the problem and washed the car too. Very thankful.
Called in while travelling as had a light on dashboard which I could not find in owners manual. Bryan had a look straight away and fixed it. Could not ask for more and was very knowledgeable and friendly. All staff were helpful and friendly also. Thank you
