Super helpful, puncture repair late in the day saved the plan for the next day!
Traveling from the east to WA, we needed a scheduled service which Toyota Esperance couldn’t do. ECTM managed to squeeze us in and completed a super-speedy thorough service as per Toyota warranty schedule, matching the price that Toyota would charge. As out-of-towners, we asked for a courtesy car which they didn’t have available but they happily gave us a lift into town and picked us up when the service was completed. I had an outstanding experience at this place. I can honestly say their service is the best I’ve ever received. I was in a bind and needed help with a flat tire, and even though I gave them very very short notice, they took me in and found the issue right away. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made me feel completely taken care of and worked quickly to get me back on the road. I can’t recommend them enough.
