Appalling experience. Can’t bullshit every customer mate some of us do know a couple of things about cars.
These guys were absolutely brilliant. We had a Subaru warranty issue pulling into town right at the start of our holidays, miles away from home, and the car couldn’t be driven. They went above and beyond to look after us and get us back on the road. Can not recommend highly enough. Amazing customer service. Dave, Rach, Thalia, Megan and all the folks behind the scenes- Thankyou!!
DO NOT USE!! Scammers taking advantage of travelers. Absolute waste of time and money. They were not able to program a brand new genuine Nissan tyre pressure sensor as they couldn’t detect it but still charged me to do the job. I am left in the same position I arrived in. They said they would have to pull the tyre off, check it for damage but they don’t have a sensor to replace it anyway. When question it they say “it is what it is and we are charging you”.
BEWARE! I took my car there for a service and asked them to repair a lifting rubber seal on the roof. I showed the 'manager ' the area to be fixed and left the car with them. MISTAKE. When I picked it up, they had fixed the rubber seal but also left 2 dents. Took it back and showed the 'manager ' who stated it was probably already there I reminded her she had seen the area free of damage and she them stated she will put in a warranty claim?
