I have visited Esper Jewelers for a few minor repairs and to purchase watch batteries. Each time I received individual attention and good advice. It was very pleasant dealing with Ray. And I felt the prices were very reasonable.
I was referred to Esper jeweler back in January 2023, to have my silver earring fixed. The owner said could fix it and to give him two weeks, I call him to follow up on the repair and each time he tells me he’ll do it. Two weeks turned into seven months and my earnings are not fixed. He comes up with all sorts of excuses and have the nerve to tell me he has $50,000 worth of items since 1989 that he has fixed and people don’t pick them. Went in to have my wife’s rings resized, had a great chat with the owner and learned a lot! He made a few expert adjustments and my wife’s rings fit perfect. Highly recommend for any jewelry needs.
