My cat, Lola, was looking forward to a fabulous day of eating the fish at the Esper Fish and Friends fish spa, but she did NOT know there would be such a ferocious DOG at the establishment. The second star is only for the excellent branding. Let it be known that Lola did not enjoy her fish spa experience.

um so one of your fish ate my cat. 5 stars
Got yelled at by a dog. Deserved it. 10/10 service. Gave me a bag of coffee, will be going again
