My five year old had to have caps on two back molars due to insufficient growth of enamel on the teeth. Our family dentist incorrectly assumed that the problem was with a lack of oral hygiene care and attempted to fill the cavities in office. After a VERY traumatic experience, they referred us to Dr. Rogers. My child was very fearful due to her experience, but the care given to my child by Dr. Rogers in the initial consultation and procedure made an unpleasant experience very easy and manageable for my daughter.
I have found a dentist who caters the dental needs of children. She has been in practice for over 25 years and is confident in her skills. She is a mother first, so your sons will be in a great place. Give her a try and you will Thank me. 4stars

In fact, on our first visit, Dr. Rodgers did explain to me that parents were not allowed in the treatment area. I totally understood. After my daughter's visit with Dr. Rogers, the dentist called me back and explained to me that my daughter would pick up on my nervous action (I was very fearful of dentists) and that my actions could affect my child's dental experience negatively. I didn't re... read more
My son is 5 years old. He had to have 2 teeth extracted and I should have known from the consultation not to take him back. When I did take him to have the teeth pulled, it was the worst experience for both of us. First off, the office doesn't allow parents in the back- I'll tell you why- because they do not want any witnesses on how they speak to the children. These children are scared and are wrongfully bullied by Dr. Rogers. She told him he was to big to be crying. Then she told him that her house is quiet and he was goin... read more
