Harper County must really be in a crunch for lawyers cause this lady SUCKS!!! I could have went into court with my 10yr old son representing me and came out with things going more in my favor than what she did. She was very unprofessional, disrespectful (she gave me paper to write notes to her during court session, and then when I did, she told me to SHUT UP...??), her comebacks to the DA's questions were in favor of the DA. This lady deserves her own parade
Elaine esparza is not worth giving a review she has been trying to be reached by a client who was not informed of a court date therefore her client was issued a failure to appear which issued a warrent for her arrest and her client should have never been going to court anyway she didn't even break the law but with all that said her client had been trying to contact Elaine multiple times cause of this issue after finding out she had a warrent and Elaine will not return calls and elaine also was called by multiple other people... read more

Bogus lawyer! Gave up on my case used up almost all my retainer with no explanation of where it went. 10 months later got case dismissed with a court appointed
