They never answer the phone, they dont return voicemails that are left for scheduling appointments, attempts to make appointments using the VA website are ignored and a notice to call the office is all you will get. When you finally do get in, 3 different nurses will take 20 minutes digging in your arm with a needle and still failing to find a vein for a routine blood draw, then act shocked that you dont feel well. I'd rather drive 100 miles to the main VA center in Albuquerque than go here.
