This is specifically for the sleep and diagnostic centre. These people do not care about you or their jobs. they are simply trying to collect a cheque and don’t give a single shit about you. I’ve never spoken to such arrogant and rude people over the phone on such a consistent basis. AVOID THIS PLACE AND ALL COSTS. Horrible vist, I have had conic nose bleeds, lately have been geting nose bleeding multiple times a day, I went to the emergency it was fast getting me in but the doctor Bourdon I think it is (Horrible) did nothing for me saw me for about a minute and said see you family doctor said to me good luck and left the room, I don't know if he was having a bad day but very unprofessional, he could have at least given me a referral to and Ear Nose and Throat doctor.
The staff and doctor provided far more friendly and professional service than Sudbury. I know it's a bit of a drive, but this hour drive is worth it in order to feel valued and not an inconvenience.
Nurses are great, clean facility and we love the festive, Home Alone themed Christmas decor!
Horrible experience drs just say they can’t diagnose or treat you properly I’ll go to Elliot lake better than espanola
