They were nothing short of incredible. We had an accident and the tow truck had to take us here. Even after they were closed they stayed late to help us out. They got the job done and they were incredibly fast with their service. Would highly recommend
Terrible service. We were broke down about an hour and a half away. It was New Year’s Eve day. We called and they assured us they had a tire the right size as long as we can make it there by noon. We were there at 11:40. Somehow they had a computer glitch and their inventory was messed up. Bottom line they did not have a tire and left us hanging. Nothing else they could do. Had a flat tire in the middle of a work shift these people got me in and out in 20min for 20$ !!! Highly not to mention the beautiful and kind receptionist that helped me.
Stay away! I brought my car in at 7:30 am to have a simple part replaced that I provided. I had come to the shop the day before and discussed the job and how quick it would be to do the part swap by putting it up on the lift. I would have done it myself in 30 minutes if had a lift at home, but I do not. They seemed to understand and agree with me about this, yet when they took my car back they did not put on the lift, left it sitting with the hood open while running the clock and when they did finally get to work on it they ... read more
