Sam is the best concierge I’ve ever interacted with! He has always gone above and beyond And maybe he should put a master class on how to be a great concierge in Vancouver and I wish more Buildings were operating the way Espana operates! Truly high end services every single day!

One of the best, if not already. Sam & Rick at concierge not only helpful but friendly too. Proactive all day & nite w/ regular walks in all 3 levels of underground parking. Quite secure w/ 2 sets of gates to P3. Main gate closes 11pm - 7am so for public ground parking, best to call that number posted. Love they provided hand sanitizer in their garbage disposal room on P2.
