Short story: I assembled a bicycle that I ordered online, and they didn't put all the nuts and bolts in the box. Which in turn didn't allow me to finish assembling the seat of the bike. I stopped by the Espada bike shop to get missing parts. Not only he (I assume the owner) gave me the bolts and nuts, HE ALSO GAVE ME A WHOLE SEAT ASSEMBLY IN CASE I HAD TROUBLE. Great service and beautifully-built bikes!
Love this place The guy that owns and runs it is a community gem and a someone to trust. So over the over priced over talked bike shops. If I could open a coffee shop next door it'd be perfect!
