I booked a massage and experience the spa. I love the location. Was easy to find parking but had to pay ( street parking). The service was great and I love the spa upstairs. Quiet and peaceful

Expérience extrêmement décevante au spa. Nous étions impatients de découvrir les installations, mais tout s’est rapidement gâté : le sauna vapeur et les bains tourbillons étaient à peine tièdes, plusieurs zones étaient sales, et il y avait littéralement des fientes d’oiseaux autour des bains. Détente impossible dans ces conditions. À cela s’ajoute la musique beaucoup trop forte provenant du gym, audible jusque dans les aires de repos. I had a very frustrating experience here. I paid a very expensive drop-in fee to use the treadmills before a large family event. Two of the treadmills I tried did not work and kept shutting down. I spent about twenty minutes in total, including time with the front desk staff, trying to troubleshoot the machines. The other four treadmills were occupied.
