We were a party of 8, and 5 of us had a seafood paella. The paella was scorched on the bottom of the pan. It caused the whole dish to have a burnt taste. It was evident from the first bite, but after a 30 minute space between courses, waiting for another dish was not possible. We ate most of the seafood and left about half the rice. I told the waiter, and he said he would tell the chef. He offered no compensation. $150 for a burnt paella is not a good deal. This was my second visit to the restaurant.
