To be honest, the food was okay. Most of what we ordered was underseasoned. The papas bravas were not crispy and needed salt..the seafood Paella lacked salt, and the seafood was overcooked.. the server was kind and attentive..the seafood Paella had a grainy/ sandy texture, like the texture you would have from unwashed clams or mussels. Disappointing experience, outdated and caters only to regulars I wanted to love this place based on the great reviews, but our dinner was a big disappointment. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday (which I noted on the reservation), but we were seated at an underwhelming table right by the kitchen doors and directly under a loud speaker. Definitely not a Spain flavored or inspired food. I ordered Caldeirada for 2, received a large basically empty black pot, with 10 claws, 8 muscles, about 5 small shrimp with lots of coconut base juice with plenty of chopped onions and cilantro for $60 . I'm extremely familiar with for from Spain and Portugal and this restaurant Definitely doesn't meet up with that standard. BTW the menu on their website doesn't reflect the actual menu at the location when it comes to cost.
