Really good experience. Beautiful place! Very calming. I had Eugene for massage. He was very nice! Receptionist was great. Only thing I didn’t like was that I felt like I was expected to give a tip up front instead of “asking me if I wanted” to leave a tip. Just remember tips are complimentary not required.
Very well satisfied
The service and skin treatment were excellent! The technician was very professional! She explained step by step all treatments she applied. I gave ESPA SPA 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I booked a couples massage and had never been to this spa. Booking was straightforward and I was asked about my preference for male/female, as well as, type of massage. The spa itself was quiet and pretty. The massages were very good. Mine with Eugene was excellent! My husband’s was good. Overall we had a wonderful experience and I would go again.
Naomi was amazing. I was a ball of tightness when I went in. She was very gentle yet strong. I would go back to her for sure. The spa is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. I have been to Eugene several times times. I have yet to have a bad experience. The receptionist is so sweet. She has a great personality and a servants heart.
