Do not use ESP ESP said our entire system had to be replaced and not repairable. Then sent a quote for replacing and a service invoice for NOT fixing the system. We got two other companies come for comparison quotes.. Both said doesn't need replacing. The second company fixed the entire system in 15 minutes works using any parts. Also previously the Service Manager used to pressured us to pay cash for works done for a discount and no invoice.. We are a strata block and annoying. I would highly recommend this Company. They provided excellent service for a new video system in an apartment block of 19 Units recently. Pleasure to have on site - knowledgeable & efficient.
Last week I had Lovely young man attend 'Jarrod'. He was polite, professional and did everything he was able to ensure the new handset installed was in the same place and made sure everything was clean near and tidy. Jarrod took pride in his work which is great to see in a young tradesman. Thank you.
Absolutely terrible customer service! Rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help or answer my inquiries. Would’ve recommend them to my worst enemy!
