I just have to say somebody needs to give Whitney from the ESP St. James location of raise or like a huge, amazing employee gift of some sort, She honestly it's every single time that she goes above and beyond to help me. Whether it's to tell me about the promotions that are happening to make sure that I'm getting the best deals on things that I come in for, or classes and events coming up. Their parking situation is ridiculous. They have a ton of spots they don't use, and complain and threaten towing when others park in the spots even when they're closed.
Customer service was inadequate. Recieved Esp dollars awhile back from a big purchase n wud not honour them today. Also alot of product I was looking for was not in stock Will shop elsewhere from now on in. The worst service I have received.
Always get stocked up by my supplier. There is Ref, Saryna Key, Pravana, Surface, Guy Tang and more Keith is definitely my go to for big orders!
