I must start this e-mail with an apology. Im sorry to my hair stylist Jen for not writing sooner. Ive been seeing Jen @ ESP Salon for about a year or better now and each time I get my hair done - a day or two later I tell myself, I should call Jen and let her know how happy I am! Jen your the BEST! You put the pizzazz back in my DO! I came looking for a better color job and I got that and alot more with a awesome cut/style. I have been traveling from North Buffalo to ESP's Salon in Bowmansville for over ten years and counting. Tracy is a wonderful person and very gifted stylist, my hair is naturally curly, which makes it difficult to find a good stylists. ESPs staff is extremely knowledgeable within the industry, and my hair and hair color shows. Thank you again ESP for over ten years of excellent service, you have lifetime customer.
Walking into this salon was more than I expected. The staff was friendly, I was offered a tour and a cup of coffee while I waited (much nicer than the usual "Have a seat") I was there for a first time color and was pleasently suprised by the knowledge of the hair dresser taking care of me. I loved the outcome and so did my family! Cant wait to go back and see Tracy! If you want something new DO NOT hesitate to call and make an appointment.
I have been a long time client at ESP salon. I find the staff to be professional and courteous. I have never had a cut or color that I did not like. You will not be disappointed if you try them out!
